Heading Branch Operations & Branch Management Business Development, Sales Operations , Revenue Generation Team Management, Relationship Management, Customer Handling.

  • The person will be responsible for owning a branch target in accordance with the resources allocated under his/her supervision.
  • Branch/Unit level P& L management
  • To supervise activities of the Branch on a day today basis
  • Bring in new customers by helping the Sales team leaders and executives to boost profits.
  • Create and Analyse Management Information and Reports for documentation and reporting to higher management.
  • Championing policies that would help us in keeping ahead from the market.
  • Set Branch Targets and ensure they are met on weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis.
  • Oversees the sales, operations and business development within the branch including profits and productivity.
  • Market and Publicize new and existing products and services introduced by the company from time to time.
  • Train and Supervise Team Members on existing packages and ensuring their clean presentation delivery to customers.
